I’m not amused by this weather at all, but it does tend to make for an easy excuse to drink a cup of rich, molten goodness. Taking inspiration from Allison at Dolcetto Confections, I concocted hot chocolate with BOTH nutella and peanut butter (because more is more). Stay warm with me by trying it. It’s really easy, and I can’t see you arguing with me after making it.
Peanut Butter Nutella Hot Chocolate

15 minutes , 2 servings
Using the whisk attachment of an electric mixer, whip the cream on low speed until frothy, then at high speed. Gradually add in the confectioner’s sugar. Continue to mix until the cream forms stiff peaks.
